Species Log (Journal)

Your journal tracks every species you've encountered and caught. There are 50 species total — 25 base forms and 25 evolved forms.

How It Works

• Seen — You've encountered this species in battle (wild or PvP)
• Caught — You've owned at least one pod of this species
• Completion — Percentage of all 50 species caught

The species log is viewable from the Discovery Log. Tap any entry to see which species you're missing.

Why Complete It?

• Bragging rights (100% completion looks great on your profile)
• Achievement rewards (the Perfectionist achievement)
• It's the ultimate goal for collectors

Tips for Completion

• Incubate often — random pods can fill gaps you didn't know you had
• Fuse everything — fusion can produce types you haven't seen or caught
• Trade with friends — swap species you both need to fill your logs
• Evolve your best pods — evolution unlocks evolved forms in your log
• Battle all bosses — bosses are still normal species underneath, and beating them counts as "seen"
• Track your missing species — check the log regularly to see what you still need
